Harrison Bergeron

  Summary

A futuristic story about a society where the government makes sure that all men are equal by equipping those that are too smart with mentally handicapping devices. Such is the case of Harrison Bergeron (Sean Astin), a smart high school teenager. Exceptionally, Harrison seems unaffected by the device and is able to develop his mental capacities and personality normally. He endeavors to restore the  liberties, culture, and fun that the oppressive regime has forbidden the population, and for this he must face the expected countermeasures from the authorities.

Matthew Ferguson plays Harrison's younger brother Garth. 1995
